Welcome to the Verde Valley Amateur Radio Association The Sunday Evening Net Preamble

Good evening everyone. The Sunday Evening Net is now open. This is (Insert Your Call Sign) , your net control station for (Insert Month/ Day/ Year). My name is (Insert Your Name) , and I am located in (Insert Your Location) , Arizona. This net meets every Sunday at 7:00 PM MST (19:00 GMT) on the (VVARA) Verde Valley Amateur Radio Association 2-meter FM repeater which operates on a frequency of 147.220 MHz with a positive offset, and a PL tone of 162.2 Hz. and is located high atop Mingus Mountain at an altitude of about 7800 feet. This is an directed net and is open to all licensed Amateur Radio operators, both club members and non-club members all amateurs are invited to check in. I will now call for mobile, short time, Echolink, regular and guests check-ins in that order. Net Control will acknowledge each station as they check in, and then the next station may check in.
