Old Business: The Treasurer reported that there was $4585.23 in the checking account and the report was approved by voice vote. The secretary read the minutes of the Feb. 21 meeting and the minutes were approved by voice vote. The audit report was read and approved by voice vote. The American flag, for use in this conference room, was presented to police chief Doug, Bartosh and fire chief, Mike Cassonthe on Feb. 28, 2007. The newly purchased Dell projector was demonstrated and used as part of the program. Bob Rosevear has said he will reluctantly take the Public Relation task but will need support from the membership. New Business. A sign up sheet was circulated asking members if they would like the Feedback Newsletter via the club's web page. A large number of members did make that request. Motions: Don Rader, N7HYH moved that George Hopping, NZ7I and Warren Messenger, N7AJH be awarded Life membership to the club. As required by the by-laws, Cal Turner, WI6S was the additional sponsor of these candidates. The motion carried. Program: Steve Pearson, KC7TIL acted as chief auctioneer and did a great job auctioning the equipment donated to the club. Great job Steve. Meeting adjourned at 2150 hours.
